1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Richbd App and its users. Richbd App is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved countries.

All services offered on Richbd App — including gaming, Sports Betting, Live Casino, payment features, and all other platform functions — are governed by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2Eligibility & Registration

3Account Policy

By opening an account with Richbd App, you take on the following important responsibilities:

• Keep your password strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• The name, address, and contact details on your account must be kept accurate and up to date at all times.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

Richbd App reserves the right to verify any account at its discretion. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested for verification.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own payment methods only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount for mobile banking and bank transfers is BDT 500.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Richbd App offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to claiming and using these bonuses:

• Each person may use a bonus offer once only.
• Multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address are not permitted.

6Gaming Rules

• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.

10Account Closure & Termination

Richbd App may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during the KYC process.
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request.
• Involvement in any prohibited activity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any withdrawable balance will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

11Changes & Updates to Terms

Richbd App reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes:
